Quality Guarantee
MRI Now provides a quality guarantee on all services provided at its own locations and co-located sites. When a patient chooses MRI Now they will receive a higher quality of service, expeditated Imaging service and their referring doctor will have the option to discuss the imaging reports with MRI Now’s Radiologists.
Our Team of Radiologists work in Teaching Hospitals and have subspecialty fellowships in Musculoskeletal, Neuro and Abdomen MRI. Moreover, they are the leading Interventional Radiologist practitioners.
If a concern arising over a clinical service or report is detailed in writing, MRI Now will cover the cost of a quality assurance check. The check will be conducted by a collaboration of independent radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians who are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and are Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) certified.
